The ambulance-chasing lawyer comes in here and spams the forum, poorly, and once in awhile gives away hats and other trash. Other than that, the guy has no interest in interacting with the other members - or having any sort of discussion (unless it's somebody half-heartedly heaping praise on him). In addition to the predictable hate and anger and cheapshots, there HAVE been some really decent questions/suggestions/comments for him and he rarely addresses them. He's almost like Rain Man in his ability to ignore any/all questions....and just hit the NEW TOPIC button for another poorly formatted post touting whatever has-been he has coming up on his strange podcast. So, my question for the "regulars" here is: why do you feed into his game? Why not just ignore him and his spam attacks? I know this thread will be pointed as "YOU ARE BUYING INTO HIS GAME, IDIOT" ... but I'm honestly curious why HE doesn't reply to some of the questions thrown at him and why YOU guys choose to participate in his strange, little world. |

We also still manage to make it through your posts on sports radio even though time and time again they are laid out in the same fashion and voice similar complaints each time. Do I agree that Spada would be more successful drumming up support for his venture by responding more like a human? Yes. Do I think that he is capable of that? No I believe he is an idiot. But that being said seeing a new thread pop up from Spada touting Jud Buechler, Jim Memelo, and the decomposing body of Irv Kupcinet is one of the things I derive joy from on this board. |

I try to answer board members questions, when I deem it appropriate. The only Score personality who posts is Dan McNeil on occasion. Fred Huebner is the only ESPN personality who posts. Jason Goff and Matt A. don't count as personalities. The reason why personalities don't post I cannot explain. I do know that Mitch Rosen and Chad Feldman the WSCR local sales manager visit the board daily. |

First a potshot at Drinky and Goff and now some intrigue into WSCR backstage personalities that visit the board? Paging Dr. Beardown....Dr. Beardown....you are needed in this thread. |

Pretty sure Zawser posts on here occasionally too, as well as Grobber. |

But you don't, Spada, and that's why I created this thread. You don't answer questions - or, if you do, rarely. I have seen many questions (that aren't rude or attacking in nature) that you have just let slide by....as you're too busy creating yet another topic touting your upcoming broadcast starring Fred Hoiberg and the Ultraback. Maybe you need to tend to your ASK SPADA thread - and explain why you're not replying to a certain question? Obviously you get a lot of assclown-type questions (that you shouldn't answer), but your complete absence in some threads is baffling to me. |

Matty gets on air shifts - and posts here Jason gets on air shifts - and posts here Rock gets on air shifts - and posts here Mac has mid-days - and posts here Meatpants has mid-days - and posts here Grobber has overnights - and posts here Silvy has mid - days - and has posted here Bernsie has afternoon drive - and has posted here. What is the common theme of those listed above? They all have REAL radio careers. Spada doesn't. That's why he won't talk to people. Insane jealousy can sometimes make people unable to function. |

I don't see where anyone can assume that Spada needs his ego fed. He does what he does and that is all. I don't think he is looking for praise. If he was, I am sure that he knows by now that this isn't the place. How can anyone rip him for not being a real radio host? He is doing his web show, does it well and gets interesting guests. He knows it's a web show, nothing more. I seem to feel an awful lot of jealousy for what Spada does. I am sure that everyone here could do a show like Spadas but they probably are way too busy with other more important things like posting hillarious messages. Maybe if he was treated with the smallest bit of courtesy, he'd be friendlier. I honestly don't know why he puts up with being ripped all of the time and keeps on coming back for more. As far as him being a skanky lawyer, I ask this - If you were unfortunate enough to get bagged for a DUI, and I will bet that all of us were guilty of that at least one time, would you just self-righteously plead guilty or go out an hire a "scumbag DUI shyster" to get you out of your problem? Yep! I thought so. |

Yep! I thought so. spada and his big fat ego thinks he should be on the score or espn because he somehow met robin earl and used this connection to start a very lame web/podcast that NOBODY listens to. the guests that go on this lame show are either washed up or trying to sell/promote something else. if spada wouldn't take himself so seriously, he might get some slack, however, he thinks he is the next mike north spada, you will never, ever get a paying radio gig on sports radio because you suck at it. |

Even though Baby McNown and I bust Spada's balls to no end; I think Baby really hit on something and wasn't being a jerk about it. Spada has some really deep seeded hatred and jealousy that is extremely toxic and that's probably why he doesn't have a relationship with the Score anymore. It wouldn't be a bad idea for Spada to maybe attend a few of the Score events and try to meet some people of the board and get to know them. It might break some of the pretenses that people have about him or it might confirm what most people think of him. I would advise him to avoid bringing his promotional items though; that might get him removed from the event. All I can say is...David...learn to be more personable, maybe answer some of the questions, get to know some of the people here instead of just promoting your show. It's a wild and crazy thing...if more people come around to liking you, more people will probably listen to your show and you will be building your brand. |
