Did you hear this tonight on CLTV. Lou said that since Baby Shaq is returning to LSU the Bulls should take him this draft and wait a year. He was all proud of this idea. The panel told him that it wasn't allowed. Yeah Lou they kind of have to declare for the draft for you to draft him. It's moments like this that make me realize that it doesn't take much to be on television or radio. |

Sweet Lou has got to be in the top 5 of least talented people in Chicago media. His good looks and ass kissing keep him employed. His next cogent thought will be his first. The above story about him wanting the Bulls to draft someone and WAIT A YEAR is asinine. I guess that would qualify him to sit in for Mike North next time he gets a comped trip to the Hidden Valley Ranch. |

Part of an affirmative action "Hire the talentless" program? |

No kidding. Yeah a buddy of his brought this idea up. I think its an embarrasement for him to bring that thought up on the air. Your right Nas every 2nd rounder would be on next years Senior crop. Or the kid from Indiana who's going to Ohio State. I will forever think of Lou as an idiot. |

I love how he prefaced this thought by saying "I can't take credit for this one but I think its a great idea" |

Never liked Canelous. I remember when simonson got beat up, canelous really never had his back even though they were partners. (anyway, what was the real truth of that whole thing????) |

I think they eliminated that drafting strategy after the Celts took Bird a year beforre he came out. I believe Bird was the last player drafted that way. And yes, Cannelis is a scumbag. |

You guys are missing the even larger indication of Lou's lack of sports knowledge. Baby Shaq is an overweight, undersized power forward. I would not draft him if even if he was coming out this year. |

They use to call Eddy Curry "baby Shaq" back when he was still with Thornwood. |

Actually, the “Larry Bird rule” refers to the concept of enabling teams to go beyond the salary cap in order to resign their own players. But the other part is correct I believe, I don’t think anyone since Bird has been drafted a year early with the team retaining his rights into the next season. |

Quote: Danny Ferry I think LOL. Danny Ferry the GM or Danny Ferry the Hall of Famer? By the way, I thought Ferry refused to sign with the Clip? Did it go down otherwise? |

He was drafted #1 overall (man that draft must've sucked) by the Clip, but chose to sign with a European team instead. I think it was Milan or Barcelona. |

I heard this too, what a dumbass, uhhh, why wouldn't the Pistons or someone take Greg Oden this year. Also, I have no job obligations to sports, but even I know Damon Jones plays for the Cavs, not the Pistons |
