Irish Bill was on this morning with Speigel. I haven't heard him call in in 10 years. This guy used to be calling in 4 times a week in the halcyon days. He makes great sense when discussing his beloved Cubs. |

Is Irish Bill Mac's first ever caller? If so, I heard him call Mac a couple weeks ago. He said something wacky and they dumped him quickly. |

Caught the last few minutes of show when they were talking to John Rooney. Melton was talking about play by play guys after the interview was over. He named Vin as best announcer. Since I don't listen to Sox games BECAUSE of Farmer I found it funny that neither guy brought up his name. Maybe they both know that Farmer sucks. |
