Post subject:  Steve Czaban @ Sporting News Radio

After hearing the Mike North news, I googled former Fox Sports Radio host Steve Czaban and discovered that starting August 30th he will be joining Sporting News Radio. For those of you who stream, this show is significantly better than Mike & Mike and much better than Mully and Hanley. I don't know how it will change at the new station.

The show is going to be from 5AM to 8AM Central Time.

I'll bump this again when it gets closer and try and give you a review but I highly recommend listening to this show as an alternative to the boring shows on terrestrial radio in Chicago.

So this show is back on the air.

It's an early morning show and on from 5-8am in Chicago. I highly recommend giving it a try. It's much better than Mully and Hanley unless you are in dire need of Chicago sports thoughts.

You can listen to it online or on iheartradio. A station that streams all 3 hours is sportsradio 910 out of richmond, va. The same station also streams Dan Patrick and Jim Rome afterwards.

Give this show a chance. You know I'm right. I always am.

I'll second this suggestion. I haven't listened to Czaban for a while but when
I had an hour commute each way to Milwaukee I would listen to this guy on
Fridays. He is good friends with the popular morning talker in Milwaukee and
would join them for a good 30 - 40 minutes each Friday. It was appointment
radio. I need to figure out how I can get AM radio in my building as I am not
allowed to stream on my computer and get no signal with a regular radio.
Frustrating as hell.

I have a 4 year old flip phone and barely use that. I knew that a smart phone was an option
but I don't think paying for one of those just to get AM radio is a financially sound decision.

Just remember bigfan, Jerry Reinsdorf has 7 titles. I know that is true.

If there is anyone out there looking for a much better option to Mully and Hanley I highly recommend this guy. You get the added bonus of getting a more national view of things. http://sportstalk570.com/ He's on 5-9am in your neck of the woods.

This is an even easier way to listen. I didn't even realize that they were finally podcasting the show.
