Do we have it?

Image

We need it.

And here's why

This is an ultra important topic for Larry.

He has spent many of years pumping up himself as a COLLEGE BASEBALL Player 8) . He would certainly scoff at any NON COLLEGE BASEBALL player saying they could square up 98 mph heat.

No one could get away with saying that shit around Larry.

He'd probably snap your neck for even thinking it.

If there's one guy who could get away with it though, its Bernstein.

This could be interesting on many levels

He mentioned to Terry yesterday on the air that he didn't think Dan could do it. And then entertained us with desire to be a bullpen catcher for the Sox.

Larry is awesome. Seriously.

Good luck being a bullpen catcher. Its not like playing catch. 90 + mph pitches are all over the damn place even when they are on target. The movement on just fastballs is ridiculous. Until you have seen it up close you have no idea.

Laurence says he can without a doubt catch major league pitching but suggests Dan take it slow and start of in a 65mph cage.

SHAKE THAT!!!

Laurence says he can hit 80 and maybe Dan can too. Maybe....

MOVE THAT!!!

I believe both could hit 80. Some little leaguers throw 65.

My neighbor kid tops out at 85....I would bet that Larry couldnt hit this kid, I actually put money on it.

You know, I think Loho thought he would be getting laid every night by being radio guy, that didnt pan out, so he is adding on the "could have been a pro athlete" and "radio guy" as a last ditch effort to get anything. Honestly, I really use to like him, but man, when he starts this crap, its just turn the dial time.

I wish Man Soo Lee was still with the Sox so he could karate kick the fuck out of Larry for even thinking he could see let alone catch the kind of heat that Lee did on a regular basis. Man Soo Lee for fucking mayor!!

truth. but I assume Dan was refering to a 95 heater with no movement. If he wasn't, he's insane.

dream matchup: Zambrano vs. Bernsie. He wouldn't hit Carlos if Z threw 85. Z still has good movement on his fastball.
