Gather round fellow CSFMBers. I've a tale. After much research, I have determined that Ted Cox is none other than...... Beardown!!! Here's the scenario: Beardown said when I asked him what his plans were this weekend that he was going to "monitor sports radio". Ehhh? Ehhhh? Just what a critic would do. From there it became a simple game of deduction. Dale Bowman hasn't been on the beat long enough to hate Boers and Bernsie so he's out. Teddy G was a candidate, but he's a de facto Score employee now. And besides, Teddy can't put together a thought as well as Beardown. That left the one critic who has a lot of free time, as well as a disdain for B&B. Check and mate. Bake em away, toys. |

Now, other than Seacrest's columns, not so much. There is a noticeable High School Level quality to most of the staff writing and reporting, and in both the printed and internet form, it appears to have been edited by a dyslexic 9 year old. It's quality was never great considering it's a regional newspaper, but it's gone way down hill. |

I believe Ted Cox was the first guy to mention the CSFMB in one of his columns.....even though he incorrectly called it a blog, it was still cool. |
