so does nayone submit anything about what they plan to do once they are on the air? or does management at both or all stations just sit around the conference table and convince themselves who is going to be good?

Like the Telander debacle?

Someone (Mitch?) gave him a show without telling Telander it seemed liked, as he started making up shit to do on the air after a few weeks went by and it got boring. I wont even mention the whole J Hood issue, but that just seemed like a Big Money toilet flush that never had a plan.

Is there a process that the Hosts submit something in the way of a tape or a plan? Anything?

No, I don't want a show, I could never match wits and creative genius of the On Air talent that is the MNMS, but I am asking a general question.

i heard of 2 guys having plans for their 2 shows / bartosh had it all mapped out & was getting the job done on air until mitch pulled the plug on it / then moose vasko gave a detailed demo tape & it never even got off the ground / thanks mitch!

I just was listening to Vasko on Sporting News radio on XM. He sounds good, acts professional and did a good interiew. The only reason I was listening was because of the idiots at MVP keeping Mac off the air. There are alternatives out there rather than put up with the crap the 2 locals put on the air. I know they talk Chicago sports, BUT HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO LISTEN TO THESE DICKWADS TELL US WHAT THEY WOULD DO IF THEY RAN THE CUBS. Who the f cares what some wannabe would do? I don't care what a midget like Bernsy or a pussy like Murph or Silvey would do. Christ they don't do anything now, except be bit players on low rated stations.
