David Spada is a successful attorney whose dream was to become a sports talk show host. Elliott Harris is a Chicago Sun-Times sports columnist who wanted to expand his media presence to radio. In the next hour, they combine their talents and love of sports — and women — by interviewing former professional athletes and lovely ladies on Sports & Torts. Their producer, sound man extraordinaire and guardian of FCC sensibilities will try hard to keep them out of trouble. Which isn't easy — because when Spada and Harris are together on Sports & Torts, they have more fun than should be legal.

Since when does the FCC have jurisdiction over the content of podcasts? I'm confused :shaking:

Looks like two promos in one. The last sentence is a promo in itself. Transition is jarring.

You'll probably get more relevant thoughts from the lovely ladies than from the has-been athletes you tend to interview. I'm sure journalist extraodinaire Elliott will be all over that.

Two guys living the dream together with Mike North as their mentor? Doing things that are barely legal? I'd call this Darts and Farts.
