Go to the Sports & Torts YouTube page to hear interviews with NFL Hall of Famers Willie Davis & Chris Hanburger. Great action photos of them. You can also subscribe to the Sports & Torts youtube page

Spada. Again, would you please address why you posted on here promoting your videos being on North to North.com and then said that you were not involved with Mike North a week later?

Elliott and I decided not to join the Mike North Entertainment Network and remain independent. We are working on syndicating the show. We will concentrate on having one model or spokeswoman per show and two former star athletes. Bearly Legal averaged 7000 listeners per month on talk zone and we hope to hit 30000 per week with our show.

Forget it McNown....Spada won't answer those type of questions, never has, never will. I think someone directly asked him why the irrelevant Bear no longer is with him and he didn't answer that one. I do have one question for you Spada and a suggestion. If I were Mitch Rosen or Adam Delavitt....what makes your show so unique...something that has never been done in sports radio...that would be worth putting on either the Score or ESPN1000?? It's a serious question.

My suggestion....if you are going to have a "hot girl" on your show and have a video feed of that show; it might help viewership to have that girl IN STUDIO and perhaps dressed for the video feed and not dressed like she is going in front of the judge. Just a thought....

Why is the program named Sports and Torts? I think torts is some sort of lawyer/legal reference, but honestly the name is just crap crap crap crap. It wreaks of trying to be overly cutesy, as if it's a prisoner to the rhyme at it's core. It tells me that whoever came up with it was trying REALLY HARD to get a CATCHY NAME so people REMEMBER THE SHOW, which speaks of a show that probably doesn't have enough quality to stand on it's own two legs.

Example, if Boers and Bernstein was called "Statmonkey and the Shithead" it wouldn't matter because in the end, the quality radio show is what draws us to it... not the name. I realize this is kind of ironic given what I've just typed out, but still, I gotta be real: the name Sports and Torts annoys the shit out of me.

That's my honest $0.02. For an honest Buck-Fifty, check out my weekly MMA show "Cocks in Jocks" on the http://www.aol.com/user/sinicalypse network!

When I spoke to Talk Zone they told me that they had no way of knowing how many people clicked on to listen to a particular show, which of course is a blatant un-truth. Of course, if they can't do that, they can't tell you how long anyone listened, which is extremely important. Anyone can get a robot to click on their show 7,000 times a month. Their whole pitch was about how many potential listeners they had, which is, of course, the total number of people in the world that have access to the Internet. Also, why would you syndicate? Talk Zone is worldwide. Isn't that even better than syndication?

Robin, elliott, and I had different ideas on what the show should be. Elliott and I agreed on an interview driven show with athletes and models. We didnt want to sound like a 1 hr infomercial.

The numbers financially didnt make sense with north and I will say no more.
Mike has been great to me and I wish him well.

Todays sports stations in chicago do not interview former athletes enough and I enjoy hearing their stories. I think others do to.

The models will be in studio whenever possible and the live video talkshow on the web is a new tool which I think we will be successful with.
