Wow ESPN is really falling. I think that 1-2 hour really kills them. I wonder if they are considering W&S to afternoons and if Waddle will agree to it.

B&B is my favorite show on the radio. That said, it's a show with some faults and it's not for everyone. It can certainly be had.

Do you think W&S would beat them? not so sure they would...although MJH beat them almost all the time but it was usually pretty close wasn't it?

W&S is a better listen than B&B. Given the mothership namesake, I can see them overtaking B&B if switched to the afternoon time slot.

Come on. I mean that is like asking if Ivana is going to beat Kid in the tourney. Not going to happen.

I would love to have something to listen to in the afternoon because that's when I can listen most. This week has been great.

I don't know. Ivan has been ass grabbier than normal lately. He's going to get a lot of votes.

Actually, ESPN AM1000 WMVP closed the gap on the Score in Feb. Here is a blurb from Ed Sherman the other day;

Some changes are possible since WMVP has trailed WSCR-AM/670 in the ratings for a while, although the WSCR's lost some of its lead in February. In the all-important men ages 25-54 demographic, WSCR ranked fourth with a 4.1 audience share, while WMVP was eighth at 3.6. In January, SCR had a 5.3-3.8 lead.
ESPN's national "Mike & Mike" morning show also posted its first victory in a while, topping SCR's "Mully & Hanley" 4.9 to 4.3. Having "Mike & Mike" live at the Super Bowl obviously helped. "Mully & Hanley" have won 16 of the last 19 months.
"Saloon" also narrowed the margin in afternoon drive. SCR's Terry Boers and Dan Bernstein had a 5.0, compared with 4.6 for "Saloon." The SCR lead was 5.9 to 4.2 in January.
In middays, "The Danny Mac Show" had a 4.8, compared with 4.3 for "Waddle and Silvy."

I'm sure one of the changes involves Sherman. Wasn't The Scorecard the station's highest-rated program last year.

Mully and Hanley should be destroying ESPN in the morning drive. The fact that it's close and even losing a few months, is quite the indictment against M & H

The only thing M&H destroy are eardrums. If there was ANY local alternative in the morning, I would be listening to that. Even Nort' :shock:
