No one heard this. It was 3am-4am on a Friday overnite / Saturday morning on the Score. Arbitron Prime time, right? The Pig is one half of 'Steve and the Pig' , filling in for a fill in,--Chris Russell ( who's that?) . If Pappy wants to really go political, buck and company should rip this guy off. Topics of interest: 1) Congress wants to ban off shore web gambling. If you have an account and the gov catches you, Uncle Sam keeps the dough, and wants to penalize people who gamble online some absurd amount more than the penalty for molesters. 2)Congress (Dems and repubs alike) want to stomp out all live broadcasts. Football games and political events all have a chance of a guy in the crowd yelling expletives. Proposed wider enforcement of FCC penalty: $ 350 K for each potty mouth slip up and garment malfunction. Result: Monday nite football held off till Wednesday, so networks can double proof-edit and save their ass, something a 5 minute delay may not be enough to catch things for. Geesh. This is too heavy. Whatever happened to Earl in Tuscaloosa wanting to talk the Tide? |
