Listening to Holmes' "Bears Report" today on B&B, I've come to the conclusion that Lawrence is best served being presented in small doses throughout the day. His reports I find to be insightful and well-prepared...he needs to stick to what he's good at and be kept off any 2-5 hour air shifts.

Even in small doses LoHo still has that smart-ass, holier-than-thou attitude that needs to be beaten out of him. Preferribly by Jaleel White.

He does have that attitude problem that you say, but I do give him credit for giving solid Bears reports, although, he appears to believe that he knows everything.

I hate how all of a sudden he's a football expert. They used one of his soundbites from an interview of his someone else's show during the updates (like they would as if Ozzie had a conf or if an athlete called in), and it wasn't even a news update, it was his personal opinion on different aspects of the Bears, as if now because he's a beat reporter he automatically becomes a football expert

The Score does this all the time with former producers of show....they get them on the radio covering teams, and they then start referring to them as experts...

He's better than Jesse Rogers covering baseball, but Holmes, who I do respect without the attitude as a football reporter, isn't any more knowledagable than some of us.
