Jerry is actually thinking North will help attendance. Do the Sox have the roving hot chick on the Diamondvision between innings talking to fans? etc. They have it in many parks. Why do I feel North is begging for that type of gig? |

Exactly WHAT is the Target audience North brings in? I have posted before that in his first few years on WSCR, North brought back memories of the goof with the baggie blue or baggy gray pants with the white T-Shirt with the Marlboros or Winstons rolled up in the sleeve who hung out at Hiawatha Park in the early 60s. He was on air Fonzie. Well, I can't imagine that crowd re-living the good old days at The Cell. Maybe North is selling Reinsdorf on the idea of hiring North as a lobbyist to get the State Legislature to approve slot machines for The Cell????? North is such an expert on gaming and odds and all!!!!!
