I'm beginning to think that the Sports and Torts Mult is actually Spada himself. This lineup is obviously a joke.

I love how the mult has gotten spada to put the REAL Sports & Torts in the title of his posts

 +1

BUT ..... it should be noted that (as far as we know) he's being a good egg about it, so +1 to Dave on that.

Dave has been a good sport on that and everything else.

Other than being a lawyer (which is an outdated hatred) and the hypocritical advertising proclamations...I really dont get the hate.

Could be the obvious bitterness and the inflated "ratings" numbers for his show.

Doesn't make me hate him, just makes me laugh...

What bitterness?

You mean the 2% of his posts that rip Team Bernstein?

He has ratings?

Wasn't 2%. Early on it was close to all of his posts here. Since then, he almost always sticks to promoting his show. Every now and then, he returns to his roots.

Did he have a prior screenname?

Not sure. Now that you mention it, he may have. When he first got dumped by some show on the Score (Not sure which one) he started going at peoples heads. Not just "team bernstein" ( ) if I remember correctly. He was called out for it just being bitterness, but it continued on for a while. Now he just talks about his show...

I am pretty sure he did not 100% though

You defend B and B more than Cairo at this point.

SPmack should go after you if anyone.

That's a defense? Ok...

I find it lame when people call for the firing of Meatpants or calling Mac lazy, but I'm not a fan of theirs.

I thought you'd be able to make those types of distinctions...

It seems like a reflexive eye roll at anything thats negative Bernstein.

I guess you defend Meat and Mac but not with the passion you defend Bernstein.

Anyway, agree to disagree. I find some of the things you think arent true about Bernstein to be extremely obvious and you find some of my theories to be totally off base.

Whatever.

I fucking hate you

Of course he has multiple screennames here - he FORGETS his password, creates a new username, asks Big Fan to reset his password on the old name, it doesn't happen, he keeps on posting with new one (until he forgets that password).

On a side note, Dave, any truth that you once utilized the Mike Brady technique in the courtroom? No, not THAT Mike Brady technique. The one where he dropped his briefcase loudly on a table right behind the guy who claimed he had whiplash (and was wearing a neck brace)? Of course the guy whipped his head around at the noise, an audible hush went across the courtroom, and Mike was deemed a genius for outing that man for living a lie. It was fully of much irony, and mucha awesomeness.

I went after Bernstein a few weeks ago for racial comments that I found innapropriate. Just like I would with anyone else.

This is just a case of the "AL'ers" thing that's been going on around here for years. It's ok to like a show, but once you post something that goes against someone elses idea about said show, you are some sort of defender or ass licker. Cool. Whatever. So everyone around here always has to act too cool for school because they are afraid to be accused of liking a host or show. I think it's silly.

I like the show. I don't think they "celebrate black people". If that makes me a blind defender, I'm cool with you thinking that. It's just not true, though...

Get Houston (the porn star) on your show, then we'll tune in. Ask her about the Houston 500.

Fair enough. I remember that

Not quite. I think the ALS thing is more the people who take on the hosts sayings and beliefs. Its not that.

It just seems to me, you just defend him a lot

Im not referring to that specifically. (I never said they celebrate black people. I said they celebrate black people stereotypes....2 favorite words in the english language: Looooo Hooooo. "Bad things go happen")

But you dont agree and thats fine.

I was talking more about the WSOX stuff and the racially focused nature of their show. The fact that Bernstein would call chet coppock racist is hilarious. Bernstein says something worse than that 5 times a show. This latest Theo the magic Jew is just another example.

Anyway, weve had these discussions. We disagree. I guess I was just pointing out that you seem to defend him a lot especially in comparison to Cairo.

I didnt read the first post. Looking at the title can I assume its

Whitney Houston, David Duquette, and Robert England?

When I first read the thread title I was thinking that Spada took the show on the road to Houston and some city named Duquette in England...

Jennifer England is a model, actress, stuntwoman, proud Detroit Lions fan, and the current St. Pauli's Girl. She's celebrating Oktoberfest coast to coast, and in this interview with hosts Elliott Harris and me you'll find out where you can see her & that famous blue dress in person.

Ken Houston, the 12-time pro bowler & NFL Hall of Famer talks about his years in the AFL with Houston, the trade that brought him to the Redskins, and what life's been like after football

Dan Duquette, the former Red Sox GM gives his thoughts on Theo Epstein heading to the Cubs & who's going to replace him in Boston
