J Hood is on tonight from 7-10 with JD. It's been centuries so I thought Hood fans may want to know. |

I'm actually a little scared about tonight. It's like Hood has been bottled up for so long....he's gonna just go nuts tonight I bet. He should have been on with Silvy and Carmen in my opinion filling in for MJH everytime. Give us 20 somethings a young trio to listen to every now and then. |

Nas, it'll be you, me and a couple others fighting until the last dying day for Hood to be back on a regular basis. |

I don't find myself clamoring to hear Hood at all, but it drives me insane that he's on the sidelines while garbage shows like Salisbury & Rosenbloom, Murph, and North have great timeslots. |

I'll take manning right now blindly nas. I would love to go into a season knowing my QB was going to play 16 games and get me 250+ points. it would be nice to have a fantasy season in which I wasn't scrambling to get a QB. If he comes to you, maybe we can work a trade. I'll take your top ten first round pick and your fifth roundpick for my first and third. |

J Hood does a real nice job when given a shot. Hawkeye really hit the nail on the head by listing the idiots who have prime spots while J Hood languishes on the sidelines. |

How does someone like Hood make a living ? Does he sign a contract for some period of time (1 or 2 years for example) that pays him 'X' amount, with 'X' being some income you come have a decent living from ? Right now, he's basically never on the air....someone explain please. |

I was actually in my car for part of the show and a caller called in asking Hood if they could sign a petition to get Hood in for Rosenbloom. Hood said "The problem with that is Rosie has a contract and I don't". So no he doesn't have one. I think he simply gets paid for every air shift that he subs for and that's it. I'm sure he has some part time job. |

Do you think Hood will be a candidate for the Bulls Pre and Post game host? That would be a good fit for him, and since CKG and The Score are both CBS radio stations, it could lead to him eventually getting some airtime on the Score if he and Rosen could put their egos aside as it relates to the Telander fiasco. |

I know what you are saying Kid...but if Hood had just played nice, he would have been rewarded. |

You're right about that Dolphin. In the workforce when things happen that you don't agree with, unfortunately sometimes you just have to smile, bend over and take it. Hood certainly screwed himself in that aspect. Seeing the way things have turned out since then, Hood would almost certainly be a prime-time player at the Score considering how thin their bench has gotten. |
