Kids, Kids, kids...the "I am too cool for the room" sports thought and everyone else is an idiot angle is taken! Need your own thing! Everything can't be shocking worst you have ever seen. Someone else from 1 to 6 does that.

Joe O is getting worse. Everything he says is in whine form.

Connor continues to be the truth.

Joe O. is aping Bernstein's thoughts on Kerry Wood and the convention

Of course Connor brings perspective and truth to the situation explaining its a cheap decent pr move and he can be traded.

They sound too much alike though. Its crazy. If Joe O. wasnt so clearly wrong on everything it would be very difficult to tell them apart.

Connor needs a partner

Conner sounds angry. Enjoy his work, he has the fire and passion tonight.

Joe O, he does what(I know he is a producer) can't remember a Joe O moment or how he feels about things. Average and listenable.

They sound alike. They both have pain-filled sighs as they try to answer the other's question. Connor likes to give his resume', a lot. Joe is, well, he is Joe.

Dumb guys. Dumb show. Remedial sports talk 101. Any claims to enjoyment of this show should immediately seek professional attention.

Joe is like Drinky and Goff in that he has the personality and sound of a high school kid.

Joe also seems like one of those guys that's pissed/annoyed about something 24/7 and has no shame it bitching to everybody about what he doesn't like. He gives a whiny/pissed vibe with a frat boy voice every time I catch him. That's a horrible combination. I've known a few of his kind through the years. He's one of those guys that you never want to invite to a Super Bowl party.

"Dude, you only have Miller Lite? I like Bud Lite."

"Are we really gonna have to watch the entire pre game show?"

"The orderves are cold. You should have brought a microwave down stairs."

"Somebody better buy up the rest of the squares. I refuse to play unless all of them are taken."

"If you ladies are gonna talk recipies, could you take it to the kitchen?"

"Keep it down everybody!!!! I'm trying to hear the prop bets from my bookie!!!!"

Is there a radio host and/or show that you actually like?

I actually liked these two at one point But at some point the cult of Bernstein worked it's magic.

I enjoy the bench guys, including Connor & Joe. I'll take them over LoHo any night.

You nailed it. They could just make odd random noises and be better than LOLA HOLMES

Hey Spmack and OKC,
See what you've done with the criticizing of Beardown's edits?

Now we get "orderves"

Connor will be a star in this industry. He'll probably end up at ESPN

Guys, you'll get another dose of "The JoeO & Connor Show" tonight on 670 The SCORE & 670thescore.com. Ostrowski & McKnight will follow DePaul's latest loss tonight to Georgetown at Allstate Arena. The game tips at 6p to accommodate ESPN2, while "JoeO & Cons" follows at around 8p-ish and will go until Midnight.

I feel you are the only person who calls him or has ever called him "Cons."

I've made my feelings on Joe O known. I really wish everyone at the Score wouldn't try to take the "thinking fan's" tack with everything, because most of them aren't thinking as well as they think they are.

Conner is the goods...

Joe O is alright, I guess. He often drifts between suck and pretty good. Needs to be more consistant...

Its like when Ryan Braun made 4 errors in a game

Ryan Bruan: I have to be more consistent

Me to the TV: I gotta news for ya there buddy, you were INCREDIBLY CONSISTENT tonight.

People I told this story to:

I'm pretty sure I can tell their voices apart now.

Joe has a bit more mucous-y, mothball in mouth-type quality to it.

No way. Best case scenario you are on a hot streak of guessing right.

Its like 100 times worse than the Grote Rodewald pairing or whatever that one was.

We all give our opinions here and a small percentage of them are constructive but I am 100% certain that those two being paired with their own voice twin will hurt their career prospects if they dont make a change.

No, I think I'm right.

Give it a try with that context.

Ill try but I had a pretty good ear for Joe O. because I used to listen to he and Rock.

I think it becomes difficult because when Connor complains/whines it sounds like Joe O.'s regular voice.

Maybe one them should speak spanish.

That would be the perfect role for Joe O.

Honest to God, the first time I heard Rodewald do an update, I thought Brian Paruch was double-shifted for the day and came up with a Fake Radio Name so people wouldn't realize he'd been doing scoreboards for nine hours. It was a reasonable theory; it was around the holidays when the bench was short. Until I see video footage of them together, I won't be convinced.

Even hen you probably won't be convinced since they're both walking around with the same bad Lady Jane's haircut.

It's funny to hear posters project "stardom" for Score fill-ins. People were saying the same thing about drinky five years ago and Goff three years ago. Neither has developed into much, and one could reasonably argue that both have been exposed as complementary talents at best. Interestingly, no one foresaw Loho's meteoric rise within the Chicago media, but he appears to have the biggest "upside" among any of the Score hosts.

As for Connor, he is nothing more than a guy who sounds like another guy who is really stupid. Or maybe he actually is a really stupid guy. Who can say for sure? Certainly no one listening to one of his audition tapes could.
