Post subject:  Lou Henson interview on Weber firing

Who better to talk about the firing of Illinois Basketball Coac Bruce Weber but former legendary Illinois Basketball Coach Lou Henson. Lou tells hosts Elliott Harris and me on Sports & Torts his opinion on the firing, what the new coach needs to do to be successful, his strategys for recruting at Illinois, his thoughts on Shaka Smart, Scott Drew, and Reggie Theus as potential candidates for the position, and more.

I find Lou Henson to be terribly overrated.

Thanks for posting David. Pretty decent interview when Lou wasn't wiping the drool from his
bottom lip. Saw many games with Lou on the bench.

Bruce Weber was more successful at Illinois than Henson ever was. Henson is revered. Weber is ran out of town. Funny how times change.

Lou made mention of that in the interview, basically that the only thing that matters in basketball is winning.
At all costs if necessary.
