Hi.

Shirley I can't be the only guy here who thinks that Hub is a really solid host with good analysis.

And I know a lot of people accuse the guy of being "smarmy" but really, I just think he really believes in his opinions. How is he different from any other host who has an opinion about something?

And because I'm only a casual football fan, Hub gives me insight into the game that I wouldn't otherwise have.

Is anybody willing to join me in the Hub Arkush ALS?

Hub is terrible. I never liked him, even going back to the Dick Jauron Show days.

And beni, that is a terrible shirt.

Yes, but for the whole all in bit it was either that or a WSOX promo.

I thought it was two guys.

The Flub Blarkush ALS ain't lookin' so hot.

I'm a fan. A tad smug, but othrwise seems like a nice guy. Much better than Larry.

And this guy knocks me for digging Laurence's show...

There's plenty of space still available!

Some of Hub's draft thoughts are good. His editors tend to be interesting guests. Hub just is angry at the Bears and he lets it out and I don't think he even really realizes it. Other than that he's ok I guess.

I have no problem with smarm. Hub occasionally is annoying, but who isn't....

Whenever Hub Arkush has an airshift on The SCORE as a host, I've noticed guests are usually not far behind. It's not just his fellow Pro Football Weekly editors that Hub talks NFL with, but he's also had a great deal of respect for one person in particular among the national guys. It's Westwood One/Dial Global Radio's James Lofton. The Hall of Fame WR turned analyst Hub frequently works with on "Sunday Night Football" with PBP voice Dave Sims is someone he raves about all the time.

Other than that he's ok I guess. I've caught the "Pro Football Weekly and Basketball News" show with Hub and Wayne Larivee a few times and it's not unusual to hear Hub introduce his son as a guest. It just sounds silly.
