What is this, the B&B show? You hint at it without explaining what happened? Why? Obvioulsy you want to say what went down. Spmack has it. He texted Kid Cairo about it. Big fan has it from his sources (probably Score people). Why not just say it? You're not Score employees. They have to protect "Team Bernstein" members. We all get that. You don't. This was a public event. If Score people decide to be ass holes it's on them if it goes public. Actually, by not saying what it is, it's worse for Larry. You leave it to everybody's imagination. People will probably think it worse than it actually was. We all know we'll get the "It was great", "Matty was great", "Goff was great" and "Larry was great" from B&B. We all know "Team Bernstein" will stroke each other. That's what they do. The rest of Chicago comes here to get the truth.

Alright. Take guesses. What did Larry do, CSFMB?

First Guess: At the beginning of the party, Larry stood up on a chair and ordered all the white people to sit at the back of the hall and told them they would have to use separate restrooms from the "normal people". Except for Dan and Uncle Teary, of course.

It's in there somewhere.

Just say it here. I've seen a couple threads without finding it and don't want to search for all of them.

I have no idea.

Ask Spmack.

One thing I read was Laurence went around to all the tables but acted line he was too important and was doing everyone a favor by coming to see them.

I have no idea if true though.

Yeah. I read that. Must have been an awkward moment for Larry at a lot of the tables.

Larry: Hi, I'm Larry. Thanks for coming. Happy to see you.

Guest: Thanks buddy, can you please get me a vodka tonic?

Larry: No. I work at the Score, I'm just saying hello.

Guest: Who are you, again?

Larry:

Guest: I'm sorry. I just know B&B from the Score.

Larry: No. I know what you meant. Let's go right now, cracker!!!!

Guest:

Drinky:  (Calms down Larry and breaks up the potential fight to save the day)

Even though I have been critical of Mitch Rosen on this board I have to give him props. He did a great job planning a classy evening. Was a lot more tasteful than the Ozzie roast I as at. I was not at the Boers & Bernstein roast so I only have second hand knowledge.

Larry made mention of Murphy using marijuana which I thought was unnecessary and unprofessional.

Jason looked great in his tux and he ribbed me which I have to admit was hysterical. He also was fabulous on stage.

Matt Spiegel was extremely professional and steered the conversation away from Murphy criticism by complimenting Murphy after sharing some criticism then steering the conversation in another direction.

Even though I am also critical of Boers & Bernstein they did a great job be entertaining on stage and interacting with the crowd both during the roast and before it started.

Mulley and Hanley shared great stories and were professional as always.

Les was Les telling great stories about behind the steams events at the Score and didn't mention names.

Alright. Here we go. So Murph is a pot head according to Larry? Looks like people are drinking and willing to speak up about the Score party. We'll eventually get the story about Larry's behavior.

I was told that the Murph rippage was over board & went too far. Shocking.

That strip club that advertises experiencing "the Indiana difference" is probably more tasteful than a gathering of Ozzie Guillen's friends, family, and fans.

It's petty, and Laurence will forever be a bitch for that. That is all.

BTW, somebody please quote this in Beardown's thread because I'm not posting in there.

"Larry made mention of Murphy using marijuana which I thought was unnecessary and unprofessional."

From my guy it got a very unwelcome response, as I would imagine in most of the crowds eyes taking a hit or 3 is not really a bad thing.

This comment also cementing Larry into the "Not cool" end of the pool, as I would guess that most of the Score hosts have toked up at one point in their lives and still might if daily responsibility did not get in the way.

Classic Larry

Weird. So Larry thought that some attractive women was at this party alone? Larry, there is not one single women in Chicago that would go to a Score party unless they had a date. You couldn't figure that out before you saw her date? What, you thought she was there to see you?

What do you mean by pouting. Did he start stomping his feat yelling "my girl!!!!", "my girl!!!!!"

What? He's straight up said he smoked from hs until like a few weeks ago.

Last week, on the Mac/Spiegal show, Mac took a few minutes to talk about the 20th year anniversary, and gave North props for being there at the beginning, and getting things going. When he finished, Holmes simply refused to acknowledge this was true, couldn't even take a second to say anything in response, and changed the subject. I thought that said a lot about Holmes.

You're missing my point. I'm just saying that Mac has talked about smoking pot for years on the air. Larry must know that. So taking a dig at Murph is like taking a dig at Mac.

So maybe saying "hinting" was a bit off.

So how did it go down? Was it everybody getting up to say stuff and Larry thought he'd do it this way...

Larry: Hi everybody, I'm soooooooooo excited to be here. I just want to say a couple of things. Dan and Uncle Teary look really, really, really great tonight. I would also like to say that Mike Murphy smoked pot!!!!! Baby!!!!!

Crowd: Boos and jeers

Larry:  (He really thought he'd get a lot of laughter)

Seriously, I find that story amazing. He copped an attitude with the guy just because he was upset that the girl was his date? I mean this guy was just a total stranger to him, right? Just some guy brining a date to the Score party and he has to get this from Larry? Wow. Who the hell does that?

I had my worries that loho was getting just a bit too much universal praise. He's seemed to revel in it over the years, but if he's pulling shit like this then...eesh.

Here's the obvious question. Spmack or Cario need to answer it despite the fact that I'm asking.

What the hell was the reaction of the couple as Larry was pouting and being pissy over the fact that he wasn't gonna have a date for the night? I know I would have said something. Did the girl kind of crawl away all scared like and head to the bar? Did they guy say "What the fuck is wrong with you, Larry?"

Had it been me, my reaction would have been "Larry, please don't approach me or my girlfriend the rest of the night or I'm calling the police."
