I hate how he says that "If you're SHY you can text." As if the only reason I'd want to text over call is because I'm intimidated by his gym-cut body. It's not like I might have better things to do than wait on hold for half an hour if he has a guest. Also, what kind of pussy tells another man "it's OK if you're shy", Larry is a bigger estrobitch about feelings than Spiegel. At least Spiegel doesn't talk about comic books after the age of 12.

The better thread is What Do Yo Like About Larry.

I like that Laurence is honest...not with himself...but who he is really comes through on the radio

I also like that he appreciates his fan, but not bigfan

Larry is much better than Spiegel. I think Larry is a nice guy who I would like to succeed. I always get the feeling that Spiegel is not nice. I just can't get over the time Spiegel brought an intern on the air to explain the importance of getting him his lunch like Spiegel is some sort of radio legend that can make someone better simply by the most mundane of actions.

I've started to turn on Larry, and not in an ironic way. Goff, drinky, and Larry are the only 3 people on the Score that can get me to actively keep listening after B&B.

I don't have time or patience to call The SCORE and be kept on hold. Besides, I've got another Laurence "Mr. Multimedia" Holmes turn off that aggravates the hell out of me.

Laurence will always ask this when you go on the air with him...

Laurence: "You're on The SCORE. What are your thoughts on...(Insert Subject Line)...?

I'm not a mindreader, "Mr. Multimedia"! Stop that!

I hate that Laurence attracts the type of fans that are obviously obsessed but too affraid to admit that they dig his show.

No offense, SHARK, but you don't seem like a man with a lot of demands on his time.

This happened? Seriously? That sounds like a Ted DiBiase promo, not Spiegel.

So you're too busy texting and posting on Facebook and Twitter to call a show? As I said... :P

everything. he's a hack who likes to think he's something more than he is.

Honestly, sometimes he's ok. The problem is he does and says the things things that make me dislike him more than he does the things that make me like him.

I don't hate anything about Larry.

of course if I really got to know him I reserve the right to hate him.

I have to say, I would be interested if he left the comments that would be dropped about him on the air!

He could be the next Murph.

He was debating on Twitter this morning whether to do a special Thursday edition of "Hater Wednesday" or "Ask Herb" in the "People's Hour" come 9p this eve in a rare 4-hour show during baseball season.

He'll be doing..."Ask Herb" come 9p this eve. No, Dr. Phil McGraw couldn't be reached...

He is quite possibly the greatest living human of the 21st century. I hate him out of jealousy.

So... you guys are saying that Larry is so awesome that I literally didn't really get how awesome he is and that's entirely my fault?

I'll gives Holmes credit for being prepared and mostly professional. If he'd be honest about who he is more people would probably like him. We can see right through his fake player act. Own up to who you are Larry. Women will respect your integrity and maybe your balls will grow back.

He did a segment the other night on the Blackhawks that was actually pretty thoughtful. When he's not balls-deep in insecurities he's not bad, I guess, but anything in middays and afternoons just winds up brutal.

I have him pegged as a Norman Bates schizo type. Mommy told him that sex was dirty and so one of his personalities makes all these women into "little sisters" and friends. The other personality is a raging lech but with underdeveloped social skills.
