They're taking calls from interns and producers.

No one has the heart to tell them they're not on the air.

They were on for a while, but couldn't listen due to family obligations (ie make dinner, feed the kids, do dishes). Anyway, they aren't must listen unless the Bears lose.

Absolulely, and even then, it's usually the first segment or so until they get the anger out.

I don't know if you can really say "just losses". One of the best shows I ever heard from them was back in the 06 Super Bowl season after the December Minnesota game...Tommie Harris rips up his hammy, Rex Grossman had a 0.8 QB rating for the game, and they still won.

Ok. when the bears win against weak teams in ugly fashion that's pretty good show material too.

Until the White Sox wrap up their season, playoffs or no playoffs, the "Doug & O.B. Show" follows Chris Rongey's White Sox Radio Network postgame on The SCORE. That means those 2 old Bears will have to wait until Rongey wraps up Sox postgame vs. the Tigers late Thursday night, as well as after the Rays' game Sunday, September 30th at U.S. Cellular Field.

I don't think they have a postgame on Sunday, September 23rd because the Sox are in Anaheim that afternoon and The SCORE probably goes into the "Sunday Night Football" game in progress after Rongey's postgame concludes. That being said, the Sox take priority over whatever Doug & O.B. have to say...at least right away.

In fact, here's an idea for Rongey. On days where there's a Bears' postgame, don't take 1 call from a Sox fan. Even though Xfinity sponsors Rongey's Sox Radio Network postgame, it'll speed things up if he does a standard postgame show.
