...and correct

Always great to allow less than average teams to make mistakes and win, will wait to see what they do against good teams.

But they pantsed the Colts (sneaky decent team), Cowboys (decent team that kills itself) and Jags (bad team).

This was the first game that they won but shouldnt have.

One more should-win left on the schedule and then it's gonna be a DAMMIT DOUG smorgasbord.

I have a feeling the Vikings fall precipitously in the second half and have the home game against them as a should win. The Seahawks suck on the road and I put that in the same category. The Cardinals should have faded by Dec. 23 and that stadium will be filled with Bears fans so put that in the should win column as well.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, DOUGIE, THE BEARS LOST THIS FOOTBALL GAME!!!! THE ONLY REASON THEY HAD MORE POINTS AT THE END WAS A LUCKY INTERCEPTION AND A BRAIN DEAD CORDINATOR [sic] ON THE OTHER SIDELINE, I DON'T KNOW WHAT HIS NAME IS! WE CAN'T KEEP RELYING ON THE DEFENSE TO SCORE POINTS! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD THAT SAME THING TO BILLY WADE???

At least for the moment, they are mellow.

This will not stand.

They had nearly the entire game to calm down. This one was over early

No they are literally the best. Doug's so pissed he's called the QB Joe Campbell twice already

And they've implored the lineman to remember to play "Bears Football"!

It is fun bad.

Now Doug is mad the O-Line didn't go down fighting.

Hilarious.

At least two callers already said this is the worst bears performance they've ever seen, and they sounded old enough to remember Craig Krenzel and Jonathon Quinn.

My favorite caller was the one who suggested that fans "get some money together and buy the team".

"I know you guys want the brim and firestone..."

Poor Schuster.

 Who's this on the phone? Shuster?

He just said Lovie needed "to show the fire and brimstone, or whatever that saying is."

 I am loving this.

It wasn't even the worst Bears blowout in San Francisco. Shit, there was a worse one in 2003. They lost 49-7. That was the "DICK JAURON!" game. Cordell was QB. Angry fans have no perspective and they have short memories. Nothing the Bears do this season will be the worst anything ever.

Whatever though. If folks are entertained by this, it's fine. But I just think it's really horrible radio and useless pandering.

I'd still have to put the '84 loss in the playoffs where Walsh was showing them up at the end as the worst...even though it lead to better things.

The best was a few weeks ago when OB said the Bears needed to come out "firing with brimstone"...he couldn't even get the cliche right.

The best postgame show after Sunday's Bears/Vikings' game is going to sound different. A surgical procedure will sideline Ed O'Bradovich Sunday afternoon. Dan Hampton will sub for O'Bradovich alongside Doug Buffone as soon as Sunday's rematch in Minneapolis goes final.
