I think Finfer is easily. Im not talking about their tweets, I don't pay attention to that. Im talking about how they both try to interject funny commente in between calls and discussions. Finfer makes me laugh occasionally, drinky rarely does. |

Neither are particularly funny imo. Finfer much less so. But, Finfer's next original or thought provoking offering will be his first. He's down at the levels of LoHo suck in my book. |

Finfer is funnier, but Drinky is a better listen. |

I catch Finfer on the weekends sometimes. I find him neither funny or smart. Simple statements. Simple observations. Bad attempts at lame jokes. Drinky is just dumb. I mean just straight up stupid. Especially on the B&B show. Much like Goff allowed B&B to make fun of black people, Drinky allows them to make fun of the stupid. Think about that. Maybe that's why Bernstein cast both of them on his show. Stupid people can only be funny when they're not trying (when we're laughing at them, not with them). Stupid people are really bad at funny when they try. Drinky tries so hard to be funny on B&B. So my vote would be for Finfer by default. |

I think that Drinky is a bigger smartass, Ben has some good one-liners, but gotta go Drinky here. Different thread topic: Who's the least funniest on radio? My submission: Zach Zaidman or that Burger dude. |

This is irrational, I admit, but ANY time I see a post here that even comes close to someone complimenting Finfer on his on-air contributions...well, it upsets me. Super vanilla, sounds like he's talking while trying not to let his mouth move, and unfunny. He's awful. Maybe not a bad guy, but an awful radio "talent". Man I'm so tired of the minor leagues of on-air time being the producer role....it's almost as if once you get a job as a "producer" in radio you HAVE to get on the air. There is some sort bizarre mandate that the "guy behind the glass" is really funny and has some great thoughts, and "hey man, turn on your mic". I wish a douchenozzle like Finfer could just stay behind the scenes....not get crammed on to the (now entirely) unlistenable weekend lineup at The Score. All I can say is thank God for podcasts....670 has insured that I don't even try tuning in live over the weekends. |

Matty is better when he has his own show. When he does the "Producer Chiming in" thing, he tries too hard with the dry humor. Finfer is too "NotBillWalton-ish" on twitter, so it makes me like him less on the radio. But he got props from me way back when he was one of the very few on the radio station that admitted that Stone has an agenda when he talks bad about The Cubs. |

I can't listen to drinky do an update now without hearing the B&B Sports Minute. His own speaking style overlaps just enough with what he does in the parody that it instantly comes to mind - especially in the way he says his name which he does exactly the same way with that pause in the middle. |

Matt's contributions are now either to argue with Bernstein in earnest and lose, or pretend to argue with Bernstein by mimicking the thoughts of a stupid caller (and lose). Oh, and the B&B Sports Minute. |
