Morrissey and Telander are both tools (and throw Mariotti under the bus too as he never tires of attacking the Trib). It's no wonder that newspaper circulation is declining and people have to get so much of their news from broadcast media when childish spats like this are what passes for "journalism" in our newspapers.

Telander says he "writes what he thinks and feels". That's precisely the problem. He needs to filter out these kinds of thoughts before he shares them with the rest of us.

I wouldn't say they're tools. I'd say they're both better writers than they are sports commentators.
