Crossover and Larry has a thought! Everyone get ready for this!

"He thinks Adidas might be running D Rose's return!!!!!!!!"

Bernstein tries to tell Larry it was written about while he was away, talked about and done!

Larry then takes that cue....AND CONTINUES! lol

He says he thought that Adidas is paying Rose more money than the Bulls!!!!! (You can actually hear Danny sigh on the Radio)...He continues to tell us that he thought about it ON HIS OWN!!!!

With that Coimment Bernstein goes right into thanking his guests, Matty hits the out music...and I turn off the radio!

So he missed something...he was in Phoenix, I can't believe he didnt log on to the Score at all last week...(or read this site, I know they all do) and hear anything about the 2-3 day topic...

But assuming he did miss it...Once Bernstein tells you it was done as a topic...thats when you stop...you dont keep going!

I thought Larry was telling stories about his bad back, which is in the course of breaking. It really, really, really, really hurts!

Heard that. Gotta love Larry. The addidas thing has been talked about. You know he heard about it even if he was in Pheonix. Of course he did. It was discussed on a lot of web sites and twitter. You know he saw it.

But he has to act like this was his original thought. That he hadn't heard anybody else discuss it. Yeah, Bernstein knew what he was doing. So he hit the "IT'S OVER" music.

Bernstein knows that Larry is a complete phony and a kiss ass. Make no mistake about it.

Larry is clearly the weak link in the 670 Score chain of talent, but that's like saying that the iceberg had something to do with the Titanic disaster. How they (670 Score management) can continue to march this creepy dude out there night after night is beyond successful-business-operations comprehension. Who the hell hears this guy's magic? What magic for that matter?

Bringing on Nick Roach to say nothing other than to plug his "thing" was about as informing and useful as telling us that water will make one wet. But actually, if Larry was really a journalist, he would have asked the hard questions to Mr. Average, aka Nick Roach, and asked "how are you and the defense going to impress this new coaching staff, and keep your lucrative jobs, after only reaching the playoffs once in the last six years??"

It seems the only time slot worth listening to now is between 9am and 1pm, but even that sucks if Mac isn't there.

Who the hell is Bernsie to tell anyone that a story "has been talked about"? No one can beat a story into the ground like Berns...Penn State, CTE, etc...etc...etc...

I wonder what the producers think of LoHo. I'm sure a lot of guys bite their tongue. I still think when it comes to working solo,Larry does it better than most. I don't know what a good team-up would be with him,but he needs to stay off the B&B show. Way too much patronizing.

My God Larry just go away. Bad over and over again. Why is this tool even on the air? Glad I do not bother tuning in. Shitfest of the highest order.

From the one PM I have and some of the posts....he brought up the topic during his show as if nobody said anything to him about the topic?

Someone should have sent him the David Haugh story...

I can't believe he didnt realize it was an old story at some point, which really makes him look terrible as he cant manage a radio show on the fly with making changes?

Herb! You gotta get out of his shadow...you are doomed otherwise!

He had some woman on who used to DJ at Q 101 but was fired over a year ago. He let her on for an hour to talk about things yoga and batman. It felt like being invited to a nail painting party between two chicks. Compelling stuff.

Was it Electra? She was Dan's twitter girlfriend for a while. Even when he doesn't realize it, he's stealing bits.

That's a really unflattering freeze frame. I've seen better pictures of her.

I had put the kids to bed and my wife was having her affair with any guy who remotely looks like Jason Bateman by watching Castle. I was looking to go to sleep and Sir seemed like the perfect lullabye. This Electra girl was basically on the therapy couch for her entire time on the show and sounded like she was going to break down near the end. All the while, Sir presented himself as the shoulder to cry on. Odd stuff in the 9 o clock hour.

That was Larry's version of the dating game you were litening to.

I heard his interview with Jake Peavy at the White Sox convention a few weeks back...I could have sworn he was ripping Peavy pretty consistently over the past few years, and knowing how tough he is I was hoping Holmes would let Peavy know his feelings. Needless to say, he didn't confont Peavy at all.

That segment may be the worst "idea" I've ever heard. He brings people on the air on Monday's at 9-10 PM to visit with him because he wants to talk about whatever for an hour. I can't believe there's no pushback from management to stick to sports topics, instead of Holmes trying to sound cool with his guest for an hour.

One person, while I agree the PM could have been posted with the same content, I find that way down on the odd PM scale.

Am I the only one who has thought about asking bigfan to suspend their account for a month or two?

No, Ive asked him to suspend you more times than I can count

Alright, now that that 2 foot putt is sunk

Yes, Ive considered it. Actually, I liked your idea that if someone says "Im done" they are suspended for at least a month.

Guys, it's called "The People's Hour" for a reason. Much like when Mac & Spiegs have Tribune rock critic Greg Kot, XRT morning man Lin Brehmer, as well as XRT's "Regular Guy" (Marty Lennartz?) & ABC7's Mike Caplan to talk about non-sports things, Laurence Holmes uses the 9P hour for different things when he has a 4 hour nighttime show like this. It won't happen much when the White Sox start up pretty soon.

Because DePaul/Georgetown NCAA Basketball is bumping Laurence tonight, Joe Ostrowski & Connor McKnight, two-thirds of Holmes' "A Team" will guest host the nighttime SCORE from around 8:15P-ish until Midnight. Joe & Connor won't do another Holmes' staple, "Hater Wednesday" come 9P, but might Laurence do the bit tomorrow or Friday?
