Meet Jon Shibley, 45. Jon is a guy who couldn't properly pronounce the name of his own company in his ubiquitous radio advertisements. He should have produced commercials like David does. If he had he might not be bankrupt and facing lawsuits from his former partners. But far be it for David to dance on the grave of a deceased former competitor. On the contrary, David is too busy picking up the slack for all the pop-up finance companies formed during the real estate boom that have gone out of business since the real estate bust. So call Townstone Financial and join David in reciting a prayer for poor Jon: Thus has it been taught among the most hidden, mystic secrets, in the secrets of the book of King Solomon, where it is written, “And I praise the dead, for they are already dead”: Since it is written, “And I praise the dead,” why is it further stated, “for they are already dead”?
