Why your podcasts get lampooned but when others do them,it's the next big thing. I don't get this whole podcasting thing. Does it work or doesn't it? Do folks make money from it? I'd like to see stats.

Ask this guy -

He started a Lost podcast, quit his job selling insurance, and started a Podcasting Empire to support his wife and kids.

This doesn't include talkzone.com views which dwarf that number.

So, do you get business through this? You are pulling famous guests that people would want to see. I fully admit, I've never watched any of your stuff and I only say that to give context not as a critique. But, I assume you must plug your business as a "sponsor" of your show. Is it effective? I'm interested from a marketing perspective.

Also, feel free to give me an F-U, although I've tried to layoff the jokes in your threads for the most part. If you knew how many posts I didn't make to poke fun of these threads, you'd be stunned.

I'm interested, too. I think I have posted positive statements in your threads, also. Anybody can be a wiseass and tear down but I repect your attempts at doing a podcast.

Probably discussion for a different thread but I'll put it here since it fits and is ironic.

I'll often throw a non-helpful joke in a thread when someone has an actual question that he needs answered. I always think that it ultimately benefits the thread as more activity means more views and more opportunities to get a question answered.

Is this bad board etiquette?

Depends on who stops by to post. A Dr. Ken post in a given thread is worth 100 views. Post away.

I agree with what Mr. Hanna said.I'm not the guy to answer that. I need to "cool it" and be more serious.
