fred huebner @fred_huebner 1h Murph & Fred fans! We are back on the air together on ESPN 1000 Sat 8-11am! Bears/Rams, Bulls & Hawks on circus trip & of course, baseball! Probably a one shift trial. But with Bruce Levine gone, not a bad idea. Should be interesting!! |

Hopefully they give Murph more than 1 shift. He was on 1000 previously as many of you know but it didn't last long at all. Levine clearly was getting bad. |

Murph and Fred once or twice a week is just fine. This should be interesting tomorrow morning, and is no doubt a good move for 1000's weekend lineup. Murph and Fred Show (from 2000-05, I think?) had a substantial following. |

wow the score is trotting out finfer and levine for some hot stove baseball talk? i turn on murph and he's talking about rose like the ACL was just announced by juday.... we'll see. but yeah if the score is getting rid of rosenbloom on sat mornings then this is being rolled out like a red carpet for murph. |

Hey ESPN 1000, here's an idea. Go live and local from 9-9 weekdays. In addition to Murph and Fred on Saturday mornings, put them in your everyday lineup instead of Colin Cowherd. People will listen! 9-10 Murph and Fred 10-2 Carmen and Jurko 2-6 Waddle and Silvy 6-9 J-Hood, etc |

But Murph and Fred on Saturdays in the fall/winter and on Sundays (and Saturdays) in the spring I'm fine with. If they're just getting back in the game. It was a fun listen this morning. |
