This is Harry's "guy", right? I think he's already been on with him at least once on 87.7 and now he's on with Kaplan and Haugh. Seems kind of unnecessary to have this guy on explaining what he does -- kind of self-explanatory, and a bunch of guys sitting around saying "Oh yeah, she's hot!" is too Laurence-y.

I'm working on my own search engine right now using facial recognition software. Not sure how serious you are but this is a great idea, especially if you expand it to include body features/body type/body mods, eg., no skanks with tattoos.

Howard Stern was way more interested with "Mr. Man", aka the male version of that site, when Mr. Skin recently stopped by for the 2013 Mr. Skin Awards. He seemed flummoxed that Mr. Skin didn't know the exact times for when to see various large cocks in various movies, but rest assured he got the password so he can check it out on his own.

Carolla's a noble idiot for fighting that patent troll. He's going to spend $2 million on legal fees and still lose and end up paying a portion of the proceeds from his podcasts for the next xx years.

He should take their settlement offer.

Isn't there legislation being drafted to prevent that in cases where the person in the pictures doesn't want them made public?

I don't think there's precedent for this particular patent. However, if the case stays in that patent troll friendly court in Marshall, Texas, the patent trolls have home court advantage. Carolla's lawyers filed for a change of venue, he hasn't said if they've succeeded or not.

The uploaded photo will not be public. It will be secure and used only for purposes of the search.
