Oh, come on, we're not talking about Andrea Kremer here. We're talking about Sarah Spain, who is known for:

1) "planning to auction herself as a date in exchange for a Super Bowl ticket," a weird exchange in which she was to obtain a ticket and money
2) jugs

The extent to which she has traded on 2) is vast. It's not even that she's not recognized for her work, because what work? There's the informed attribute of having gone to Cornell, but other than maybe the wiliness of running a personal website where all her pictures are shot from the waist up, when has she distinguished herself as brilliant? There's always been something off-putting about how relentlessly she's promoted herself, so it is a little interesting to see her finally get the big break and underwhelm.

I think ESPN is getting on a trend of hiring "fat girls", so they can prove a point that looks don't matter.

Sarah Spain has a voice I don't like to listen to. Other people might go as far as saying she has a bad case of man-voice, but I will stop short of that and just say it isn't particularly mellifluous.

She looks good enough that there's no reason to harp on her looks for TV. She could look better, great, so could everybody else on TV. Plus she was espn quality with her "break." She was filling in for Jamelle Hill or whatever, that's not a big hill to climb.

She also added to the whiny Chicago complex. "Waaaaaa no one pays attention to us"

I think she sounds trashy and unprofessional, but she can actually read so she's got a leg up on Kerry Sayers in that regard.

Didn't she jump all over Dwight Howard last year or the year before on Twitter for some relatively innocuous comment he made that she perceived as sexist? I think S&W talked about it because she was doing updates for their show at that time.
