Ethin is unaware that leary is paid to be a substitute. Ethin is a radio producer, while he might know how to start a commercial, he doesnt know shit about business.

I do not doubt Leary tries to do many things for the station, I don't doubt Leary is the guy that others bitch to about not getting ahead in the radio world as Mr Shaw has stated, but none of that makes him a good radio host, interesting to talk to or entertaining in the least bit.

There is a reason he continues to be fired and is hanging on with a part time show at the Score after 20 years of being there and sending out tapes to probably every station in the midwest for TV and radio.

I've heard Ethan talk. He's not very bright. It's a tradition at THE SCORE. They hire idiots to fill the producer positions.

What does he do for the station besides host a talk show. Does he clean the toilets and sell the ads? :lol:

I thought Laurence seemed a bit awkward and stiff at times as a sports anchor on the Channel 5 newscasts. He seemed more relaxed on the Sunday night sports show that followed the newscast.

They replaced Larry with another black guy. Something weird about NBC 5. IT ALWAYS HAS TO BE A BLACK GUY. Not that I'm fighting for white sports anchors. I could give a damn. Lord knows Mike Adamle is a horrible white broadcaster. But to always replace the black sports anchor with another black sports anchor is weird and kind of racist in a way. I think it's like 5 in a row. Two of them died.

What they need to do is find the next Paula Faris. I would be all for always replacing the hot female anchor with another hot female anchor. That's different and not weird. :P
