The boys are closing the shop at Yakzies Friday night it looks like, from 6-11 PM! Nice! I make no promises due to circumstances beyond my control, but if I show up list your name here and show up and I am buying. I will do my best to confirm this tomorrow around 3:30 or so. Hell, I am looking at houses now and I get a good feel the first time in the house and then the second time through I am calculating how much in changes I need to make. 6 times? They are just yanking your chain |

I have had people come through 6 times before, but could also tell when they are just looking. I knew they are interested, but they bought another house. They actually sent me a $100 gift certificate for the Chop House, because they felt bad how many times on short notice they called and brough Both sets of parents through. Back to the drawing board |
