Said he doesn't know if he'll be the pre and post guy or somebody else. So there is that answer. Yet to be determined. Ed and DJ said their good byes to him just in case it's the end. But he said he'll be doing updates at the SCORE next week. |

Whether or not he is going or staying, it could have been asked off the air. Imagine if your company merged and some guy yells from down the hall.......'hey, Bill, you getting canned or staying on with the new ownership?"... In this case it was broadcast to 13 or 14 people! |

I am glad that Chris won't be going to WLS. I hope he enjoys his dead end career as an update anchor. I really do miss Dave Wills, but I know there is no way he would leave his current gig. |

Ten years is a long time to do pre/post. I mean, Kaplan did Cubs pre/post for a long time, but he parlayed that into being the king of Chicago sports media. Rongey is the king of giggling during late-November scoreboard updates. |

Honest question - Why does he always seemed to be pissed off? I get it that the Sox had another terrible season and it's much more enjoyable to pre & post when your team is doing well (Mark Grote). However, when the season is over and he starts pulling update shifts throughout the day, he sounds cranky - like he doesn't even want to be there. |
