Mark Potash is on with Kap today. He should really apply for a job at WSCR. If he were GM of the Cubs he would not have signed Chapman because:

* He doesn't want to alienate part of his fanbase (even though he said earlier that the part of the fanbase on Twitter upset about the signing is very small).

* There are 5-10 guys better than Chapman. "What has Chapman ever done in his career? What has he ever won?" If the Cubs couldn't have gotten someone else they just should have gotten someone from their farm system.

* He wouldn't want a guy like Chapman representing his team and damaging his brand.

* When Jesse Rogers is the voice of reason and has to explain to you why wanting him to perform well to help the Cubs win does NOT mean you condone domestic violence....you might want to reconsider your opinion.

Is Potash one of the guys who still thinks Kane is guilty?

I felt like JORR the other day while listening to B&B. Dan angered me. Someone called to ask if player X was better than player Y. Dan's answer was to reference each player's WAR. Whoever was higher, was therefore the better player. So fucking stupid.

I thought Potash had given up the Baby Mariotti gimmick?

Guess not.
