Seriously SHARK, you need a timeout from thread-making. I think you're just seeing what you can get away with at this point. Let CH or Peeps right the ship starting tomorrow.

Well, what should I have called it then? After all, I thought it was timely considering the weather outside and what has gotten Bernsy all bent out of shape lately...

Look, folks. I take pride in creating my threads. Not everyone will likely the title of these threads, but I carefully word them. The weather is hot today. Bernsy's still hot & bothered over the whole Penn State scandal, days after creepy Jerry Sandusky was found guilty in his sex abuse trial nearly 1 week ago now. I thought I asked an appropriate question today.

I thought it was a perfect thread title. You just can't please everybody.

That's the very idea. By the way, the guys are in Lisle tomorrow for the "Bud Light 'Who Needs Two?' Tavern Tour" live broadcast at Mullen's Bar & Grill, 3080 Warrenville Rd. starting at 1p.

Do you realize that "hot," when used in the sense of "x makes y hot," is often a euphemism for "sexually aroused"? Do you realize that there are elective surgeries people would rather undergo than imagine a sexually aroused Dan Bernstein?

Complete with the cheesy open from SCORE Production Director Russ Mitera, the guys are scheduled to do "Friday Fung" come 4p tomorrow called "Forgettable Sports Memories". This despite the fact the Astros & Cubs should be wrapping up bad baseball at the Confines.

Yeah, that would be a prime example of what "Friday Fung" will be tomorrow.

you'd think i was from mars.... or montreal, cuz when i kept calling samardzija SHARK people @ wrigley just looked at me funny.

LOTS OF RIZZO SHIRTS OUTSIDE. i didn't see anyone wearing one in the park. they were too fashionable in all their soriano gear.

Why did you make it sound like B&B doing Friday Fung is somehow dependent on the Cubs and Astros playing?

Because in recent years, Cubs' games were wrapping up and there was actual news that prompted the guys to devote their undivided attention to the story that came out of the locker room at Wrigley. The guys even said so themselves. The decision to restore "Friday Fung" came a couple weeks ago.

What kind of news from a Cubs game in recent years would preempt anything? Be it, a radio show's programming schedule or even someone's insignificant thoughts that they have a million times a day?
