Did anyone hear the dumb and irrelevant "stat" Zaidman brought up when his report got on the subject of JeMarcus Russell? After turning the subject to Russell, Zaidman said the Bears haven't been shut out since 2002, while Russell has something like two shutouts in less than 30 starts. Did he actually do research on this, and then decide it was a good idea to state during a live report that the Bears haven't been shut out in 11 years? That was one of the dumbest statistics to use in support of a viewpoint that I've ever heard. The Bears got killed when they only scored 10 points against the 49ers last year, but hey, at least it kept the shutout-less streak going in Zaidman's eyes.
