last night i cant tell if i was sleeping or awake. i had the first nightmare i could remember in forever.

we were in a car at night, i was in the back seat. my father was driving, and my old buddys girlfriend was up front in the other seat. i called her by a name that didnt relate to anyone in the car.

she would turn around, look at me, and her eyes would flow to jet black from the bottom up. she would reach out and try to grab me, and as i reached out to stop it we would lock arms. as if we had some sort of muscular malfunction, our arms would seize up and we would just grab each other tighter and tighter, drawing closer and closer. you could hear groans and a shrieking noise, like something straight out of a poltergeist movie.

i even remember thinking about how it was just a dream. i knew i was lying on my bed, and i would even open my eyes... but i was still in the nightmare. i couldnt move. as soon as my eyes closed i was back in the car and we were just driving normally, when she turned around again and grabbed me. gripping, tighter and tighter. groaning. shrieking. i couldn't breathe. muscles locking down. tighter and tighter into the black eyes of hell.

i finally woke up covered in sweat and breathing heavy. i must have been clenching every muscle in my body. since it was only 50deg last night, i was cold. my first thought couldnt even tell me where i was, thinking i was back in a house i lived in 3 years ago.

and then i realized i was at work listening to dan bernstein jk everything else was real. this was a lesson on how going to bed sober ignites vivid dreams. have a great show today, girls.
