Eddie and JoBo (CBS) were taken to court by Joan Espisito (ABC) and pulled from the airwaves (TRO). They agreed to settle and apply a non-disclosure to get back on the air. The legal precedent is clear.

And while you probably listen a lot more than I (admittedly), I noticed (then) that they dampered significantly their innuendo.

It looks like it got them fired.

I just don't see anything about the judge pulling them from the air.

I have no doubt they weren't allowed to talk about her and her baby but I'd be shocked if a judge forced them off the air.

The point would still stay the same though. They did not do it. Neither of them sued.
