The corporate ass kissers make boring radio, but the only alternatives seem to be the Deadspin types, full of attempts at cool guy sarcasm, bs, or just themselves. Which is just as bad.

Confrontational would be nice, but it's no longer a 5000 watt part time station owned by little Diamond Broadcasting on a shoe string budget. Simply honest & transparent would be refreshing though.

Bernstein needs a new Kaner or Paterno real soon or he's just gonna fade away & he fucking knows it. McKnight is more of an albatross than Goff who at least had something to say even if it was race talk, Lebron love & street slang 90% of the time. This show is sinking fast!

i've got about 25 hours of listening time into their show and while my take is hardly original, to even this thread let alone the growing numbers that exist but i feel like mcknight is some sort of robot experiment where they've put 6 million hours of sports radio broadcasts into a learning algorithm and this is the result.

and yes, bernstein is a shell of his former self. but remember, he's old now. probably in his early 50s i'd guess. went to college in early 90's. i'm going to blame his impotence on that.

this show is bad but luckily i don't get to listen to middays often.
