Goff said he didn't know who his partner would be before he left. Had he known it would be this old cracker, I wonder if he still would have taken it.

Goff wants to be the hip, fast talkin', wise-crackin' talk show host. Tough to do that type of radio with a 60 year old man as your partner. Some of you said you listened. How was their chemistry? Was Goff scared of him?

Goff can be himself after a few week grace period. No one wants to listen to some old churchy stiff on a sports station. The political talk shows are overflowing with that down there anyways. This guy is only there because they are a new station and he is old and knows the drill. Once they get up to speed he will be gone.

I'm just saying this Atlanta PD didn't do his research. He had no idea what he was hiring in Goff. Goes more to the theory that Mitch and Zim called Atlanta.

This PD threw this show together at the last minute. You can't give Goff an old white. If he knew Goff, he would have realized that. Goff can't be himself with this guy around. Goff can't have fun. Yeah, it's still cool for him to get his own show. But, with this partner, it's like going to a strip club with your dad.

They should have given Goff a recently retired Hawk or Falcon.

Let me be clear. It's not that I don't think Goff can't deal with a white partner. It's just old whites that aren't a good match for him. Goff would be fine with a 40 or under white. This Atlanta PD done fucked up with this pairing.
