True. Mac has helped him. After Mac fired Goff and Larry, Finfer's profile has risen. Full time sub on the Mac's show and he's a regular weekend host now.

when it comes to finfer, my first-thought/word-association goes to those siberian outpost shows he'd do during brunchtime on sundays in february. in terms of bernstein-approved terms used to talk about baseball players, finfer would be "just a guy." in terms of VORH (value over replacement host, a metric now literally laughed at by the community over @ BTF) he would, indeed, be the RH.

He didn't necessarily fire Jason Goff & Laurence Holmes, but Mac's put his stamp on 670 The SCORE in regards to Ben Finfer & even Nick Shepkowski getting airshifts on the weekends.

It's weird that the Chiefs are hiring Andy Reid because Andy Reid's son recently died an untimely death, and a young man who played for the Chiefs recently died an untimely death, and so...what?

I don't get it either. I thought Andy Reid should take a year off considering what happened to his son dying during Eagles' Training Camp. Matt Cassel isn't Michael Vick, let alone Nick Foles at quarterback.

I don't like Finfer's personality as a host, but I definitely appreciate the work he has done to improve his speech. Was unlistenable for me before. Now sounds very polished.

Anyone have any clue where they got either of the "by cracky" drops?
