For me, it's the same thing every day. Every day, here it comes. Liver, or fish. Fish, liver, liver, fish. I've eaten a river of liver and an ocean of fish! I've eaten so much fish, I'm ready to grow gills. I've eaten so much liver, I can only make love if I'm smothered in bacon and onions.

We want something else. We want something else.

 I love "vegans" who eat bacon. This isn't the first time I've heard of that either. There should be a name for it.

No, the story was, IIRC (she blogged about it and someone posted it here), that Dan was doing a Bears report and the hosts (HFC?) were making fun of his dating life; he said something like "I want a Jewish girl with blonde hair and an English degree," and then her boss was listening and set them up. That's actually pretty cute.

I think Dan has said a few times that they were fixed up by Tom Shaer. Hawaiian!

"Hypocrite" usually works.

A friend of mine from college was a vegetarian...except on the days she went to McDonald's for a quarter pounder with cheese.

I also knew a woman who had the license plate "Ban Fur." Her car had a leather interior.

 I couldn't care less about what anyone else eats, but it seems to me the act of being vegan is a political statement. It certainly can't be for health reasons since it obviously isn't the healthiest way to eat. That being the case, why would a vegan make an exception to eat meat from the most highly-evolved and intelligent of the common farm animals.
