I wonder how much of the ad is written by CH and how much of it Dan embellishes. Dan really seems to get into the details ("the blackberry notes come out when paired with a rare lamb chop seared with those little charred bits...") as if he's writing the spot himself.

When he talks about that Lot 502 he sounds like Robert Parker jizzing all over a bottle of Screaming Eagle.
