Interesting No Comment from Terry - on one hand, he may be thinking if you nothing nice to say (about the station) don't say anything...on the other hand, in their judgy-prime there were not two greater "his/her silence speaks volumes, you HAVE to say something" than Terry and Bernstein. When they contacted him for a comment did he feel stuck between wanting to defend the guy who helped him coast for years (and get paid well to do so) and not wanting to come across as critical of Mitch (the guy who literally let him phone it in for years), despite Mitch probably having very little-->no say in the move?

That's just what I was thinking, yeah, the "silence speaks volumes." Also the fact that Terry is, if not circling the drain, at least getting acquainted with certain gravitational properties of water, and wouldn't be foreclosing on future career opportunities by standing up for the person he called his real friend when he retired.

Maybe a little but what was Bernstein's reaction when North got fired? That then 25 year old's hubris isn't much different from the now 55 year old's hubris.

Here is Goff's, haven't seen drinky

Boy oh boy, they are so quick to minimize the incident and characterize it as just a bad moment and that the moment doesn’t mean someone is a “ bad guy” when it’s one of their own but they were unwilling ( Especially Bernstein and Goff ) to , and give others the full fire and brimstone treatment when they just had “ one bad moment”.

For Goff to say “nobody died” in reference to Bernstein’s Blunder is just rich, even though it’s mostly the proper perspective.

It's Jason Goff, so always requires an extra step to interpret, but I took that to mean not that Bernstein didn't kill anybody but that Bernstein himself isn't dead, just fired

How perceptive, It's almost like people treat you differently when you've personally earned their friendship (or at least respect)

The words you’re looking for are “yes, they are hypocritical pieces of shit“. Seems like you needed a little nudge in that direction.

Doing tryouts with Marshall/Leila, Grote/The Guy From Milwaukee, but still say he's back by Bears season.

Firing was from Audacy, Mitch still pissed about Bernsy calling out Eddie from Barstool cause Mitch is close with him. Still think this will be solved by the fall. Cooler heads will prevail.

Dan: I know you're lurking still after all these years. Just apologize and take a cut in pay. Make it up in podcast advertising/revenue. There are enough suckers out there that would support it.

Dan Bernstein and Jason Goff aren’t your friends.

With his son potentially pursuing a career in sports media, Dan will 100% continuing his media career in some form or fashion. He'll at least hang onto whatever is next until Jason has a foothold into whatever potential career he's looking to get into.
