With all this Jerry Sandusky Trial talk the last couple of days, I've heard the guys talk about the Cubs' signing of Cuban OF Jorge Soler, the trouble UCONN's successful Women's Head Basketball Coach Geno Auriemma appears to be in & a preview of the Heat/Thunder NBA Finals.

They should be talking about what might have been a disappointing rehab start for John Danks for Triple "A" Charlotte today, what might have been a mirage involving the White Sox as they get ready to start a three-game series in St. Louis & Los Angeles with Adam Dunn likely starting in LF minus the DH. They should also discuss what could be a historically bad Cubs' season on the whole, and whether Joe Cub Fan is willing to wait & wait before they actually challenge again in the NL Central.

I'm hopeful it's safe to swim in the B&B lounge pool again. May want to punch back in.

edit: got SHARKED.

Is this really better radio than the Sandusky talk? Haven't they already hashed this topic over a hundred times by now?? Of course Cubs fans will wait 5 years, they've waited over 100 already. They fill Wrigley up no matter what....this is the conclusion they've come up with every time, so why turn it into a radio topic again??

This just for my own curiosity but what is your bottom line on the Sandusky/Paterno deal? And let's eliminate B&B from the equation. How do YOU feel about the case?

It really was a systemic event and people should burn. From top to bottom people knew and let it go on. All those involved, in my eyes, are just as evil as Sandusky.

The biggest shock is the University officers and people in power knew what was going, kept files, kept tabs and didn't want to do anything because "It would be inhumane to Jerry and his well being". I mean, that says it all about this case, right there.

Maybe they should talk about if it's socially acceptable to fart at the workplace urinal? At least that would be original conversation. If you don't know what I am referring to then see the co-worker thread that left the tracks.

Just in case they're still talking about creepy Jerry Sandusky, here's a diversion for you. The White Sox lineup for tonight in St. Louis goes like this...

30 Alejandro De Aza CF (L) .307 Batting Average
15 Gordon Beckham 2B (R) .236
32 Adam Dunn LF (L) .226
14 Paul Konerko 1B (R) .365
51 Alex Rios RF (R) .299
12 A.J. Pierzynski C (L) .288
10 Alexei Ramirez SS (R) .224
5 Orlando Hudson 3B (S) .182
62 Jose Quintana P (L) .000

Adam Wainwright does the chucking for the World Champs from St. Louis.

It would have been one hell of a story had he done that after his own death.

It should be a fun series. I wish I was in St Louis to catch a game....

Matty said it's too early to rule out the Phillies (8.5 GB), but he was very adamant yesterday that Terry not celebrate the Angels making up 6 games (now 3.5 GB) on the Rangers. Which is it? It's too early for the Phillies to be ruled out, but it's not too early to believe the Rangers have won the AL West?

And we're back to LeBron. YOU WILL RECOGNIZE AND ACKNOWLEDGE HIS GREATNESS. HE HAD NO FATHER, SYMPATHIZE THIS MAN. OR SOMETHING.

Wow .... they make fun (rightfully so) of the Jordan ALS, but what's most shocking is how clear their diction is with their own tongues up LBJs ass so far that they can taste his meal before he does.

I've been objective from day one, Kamps. Stop acting like it's some surprise. I've never had a problem calling this show out.

Oh shut the fuck up guys! Practically in tears about people not liking Lebron. People have shitty upbringings and don't become total douchebags. Then Jason says, remember he was supposed to be the sidekick!" What person in their right mind ever believed that? Terry says there are a lot of stupid people though.

Been a music day for me since about 1:40 when it was apparent that it would be WJSR (Jerry Sandusky Radio) and WLBJ today.

Out of curiosity, what does a Kamps listen to on a music day?

90's Rap and R&B mainly.

Young Lupe Fiasco.

Right now, I'm listening to Mint Condition "Breakin My Heart"

I'm getting really tired of the sports-industrial complex pushing me to consume consume consume. If I hear one more fucking lecture from Mike Breen or Stephen A. Smith (or alleged ESPN-hater Dan Bernstein) about how unreasonable it is to hate LeBron, I'm going to put my fist through a wall. Of course it's unreasonable. That's because I'm a fan, not a discerning purchaser of athletes-cum-commodities like ESPN/Nike/Gatorade/NBA/NFL wants me to be. There's no rational reason to hate Tom Brady, but I hope he loses every game he plays and dies of syphilis at age 38. There's no rational reason to hate Chase Utley, but I hope he gets gang-raped by a herd of bison. There's certainly no rational reason to hate LeBron more than Clay Bennett, but here I am, hoping the latter wins a title and lines his pockets at the expense of the former. It is what it is. Enough already.

Had it on when Goff stated LeBron is the best NBA athlete he has ever seen.
How old is Goff,33? Sorry Jason, what you have SEEN doesn't carry much weight. Does Jason even remember as far back as Magic Johnson?

Not being allowed to dislike great players for being assholes is funny, seeing as how Terry Boers thinks everyone he's ever met in sports is a penis, a bad guy, and bad, just bad.

This is just lazy radio. It's like groundhog day every time I tune these goofs in: the same talking points, same strawmen, same arguments, same opinions, same everything.

Can Terry disagree with Dan on anything? Just once?

Can Goff disagree with Dan on anything? Just once?

And then every 15 minutes I get to hear how the White Sox are the biggest sports story in Chicago. Well first off - no shit! Secondly, if that goofy commercial was played anywhere else, Dan and Terry would be ripping it to no end....I just find their hypocrisy to be the most disturbing and un-listenable aspect of their show.
