Umm, pretty sure they pass those out at the stadium. In case you haven't noticed, there are literally thousands of them being held up during God Bless America. I'm sure this is an MLB doing, and not the Cardinals organization. They don't do this in the regular season. But keep taking shots at Cardinals fans, even if you're making shit up.
