While that all might very well be true, hearing these four guys giggling about it, Bernstein talking about him with a sense of awe, and then getting serious and slow talking about Maddon's discussion of mechanics is a bit much.

I know they broadcast the games but, damn...

They'll also laud Theo for making the most obvious pick of his career.

Right now in the MLB, who is better from that rookie class?

Carlos Correa, maybe Francisco Lindor.

A quick look at the stats tell me Correa isn't hitting that well this year. Lindor is right there with Bryant from their draft class, but Kris' power numbers and versatility in the field have to give him the edge imo.

I can hear it now, "I never said that! Show specifically where I said he was hungover!".

Lindor is amazing.

Correa is a lesser Bryant

Doesn't Francis use a bunch of gay slurs in Stripes?

They weren't from Bryant's draft though.

i seem to recall he was excited to show his kid airplane and caddyshack... but since those were comedies it's ok to just explain away the racist humor because it was OK at the time?

Correa actually knows what to do with a glove AND how to actually use it well. Unlike Babe Bryant. :P

And SirTB, we're talking rookie class, not draft class.

We'll see when Correa moves to 3B later this year. :D

That will simply remove all doubt and establish that Bryant won't have a sniff at maybe even being a top 4-5 3B in the majors.

You're struggling Reader.

Turn your attention to Almora Jr. and or Contreras and hope they bust out.

And then if not those two, there's always Dan Vogelbach.

Well in that case I'd probably have Lindor ahead of Bryant.
