So have they officially said why he is gone? A few times callers have mentioned contract and Dan doesn't drop the call, which I thought was interesting. |

Typical Goff. He asked Terry how he's doing. Terry says "I've been better". Then Goff goes on to talk about how his life has changed cuz of the baby. Jason, that was the moment where you ask Terry to talk about himself. Goff has no social graces. It's always about him. Terry's voice sounds good. |

i might be the only one, but i cant stand listening to matt bowen. he rarely offers anything of substance, is unwilling to call out individuals for playing like absolute shit and most often just speaks in football cliche that if it were anyone else, Bernstein would think he was a meatball. |

Terry just said he has something very interesting tomorrow. It was very cryptic. I think this is it. I think Terry is going to officially announce his retirement tomorrow. Then the 2 month Terry tribute can begin. That's the vibe I've got. That's my read. Cuz it's probably not a guest or show content that he was alluding to. He doesn't care about that shit. Right. And Terry, himself, has hinted at it for 2 years. We all know that. Pretty sure he was close to calling it quits last February but decided to do one more year. In part to get this surgery done under his CBS insurance/employment. So he can get disability pay. Better to be paid for recovery time than do it in retirement and not get paid. Just saying tomorrow is going to be him officially announcing it. That's all. |
