For real, looks like: https://cbs.avature.net/cbsradiocareers ... -WSCR/7196

So, is this Mitch trawling for talent to replace Terry, or to fill the void left by the shuffling of current Score talent to fill Terry's spot?

Chuse should apply. Put me down as a reference. Then you'll have no shot at the job.

They have to post, even thought they already know who is going to get it.

That's one of those bullshit HR things they have to do so they don't get sued. They already know who they want.

Edit...dammit, what Gloop said.

Maybe of note, maybe not ... the part that says, "Minimum 5 years top ten market experience on-air Radio/TV" ... just sayin' that this requirement eliminates Julie, if that makes anyone feel better.

Don't forget, Julie is a gymnast and a doctor. She touches them all, except for that "works well with others" part.

If she did apply, she would have better qualifications than dumbass drinky.

I think it was on Reddit I saw a job recruiter say that the "minimum experience required" is usually bullshit when it comes to non-hyper-technical jobs in management and media (Doctors, lawyers, accountants, sysadmins, physicists, etc., still actually require the degree and experience). The "minimum experience required" part is there to weed out the absolute nitwits.

Not experience in general nor tenure at that particular station.

And that broad's as much a gymnast as the high school dropout that claims they're a scholar b/c they got all B's in 1st grade.

Nationwide sports knowledge------------- NO----------------------------------- No--------------------------------------=-No------------------------------Tie

Experience as athlete----------------------NO-----------------------------------Yes gymnast and soccer------------------- No ----------------------------Big Fat Red

Strong on air skills ------------------------ NO--------------------------------------NO--------------------------------------Tallest dwarf-------------------- Leary

Drinky would have been the next North had there been no Bernstein. Bernstein's influence ripped away his want to be the next Mike North. So he tried to be the next Bernstein. But he's a dumb ass so he can't pull it off. Same with the other guys at the SCORE.

They'll get hundreds of people applying for this. A lot of out of towners. Most of them probably know that it's already known by Mitch, however. It's just to prevent a law suit like Spmack said.

Just curious, do the current employees still have to do an interview for it? I would think so. Since it's posted. So Rozner, drink and the many polack (Did I spell it right this time? I'm half polish so forgive me if I didn't.) producers might have to interview for it even despite the fact that they are known. I think since they posted it they have to go through with bullshit interviews for their own. Legally.

The interview with drinky would be something to see.

Mitch: So why do you think you should get this position?

Drinky: Ahhhhhh, first of all, ahhhhh, I'm a great speaker and highly intelligent.

Mitch:

Drinky: Also, I'm very funny and have great jokes...

Mitch: NEXT!!!!!

Drinky:

I'm not sure I'll care about this show or station anymore if Goff isn't paired with Bernstein. I just want Opie and Anthony with Jimmy back.

We all know that they know who's gonna replace Terry.

I wonder if they're gonna announce it before Terry leaves. Probably not.

But the replacement should be there the day after Terry leaves. If Mitch is gonna do a "Bullshit try out period" like they did for Mac's replacement, it's just for show. Maybe to avoid lawsuits and show that them announcing the opening and taking applications was legit.

They've had the tryout period in these months that Terry has been out.
