When Rozner asked him to tell it he said "No. Cuz it will cause problems." Trouble for who? Goff? If you got info as a media guy, share it. This is the Bernstein model. Hint that you know of evil but don't speak about it. |

Saying Derrick did a lot for him his first couple of years and then Butler back stabbed him last year. |

Guy says something critical of Paxson and the conversation immediately turns to how Butler is such a poor leader and isn't above critique. This is the same PR strategy the Bulls have deployed for the last 3 years. The problem is Thibs, then it's Rose and Noah, now it's Butler and Wade. The problem is never the guys actually making the decisions. And if and when Butler and Wade do go, well of course it will be unfair to have any expectations on this front office. They're rebuilding now, you can't hold losses against them! |
